Data Collection and Usage (Health Data)

Knipapp is designed to help you track your pelvic floor exercises. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

• Types of Data: The app processes minimal data related to your exercise history, specifically the number of completed sessions and the dates they occurred ("Health Data").
• Purpose: This data is used exclusively to provide you with a local training history and to show your progress within the app.
• No Remote Access: We do not collect, store, or share your Health Data on any external servers. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your personal information or your exercise history.

Background Functionality (Pocket Mode)

The app includes a "Pocket Mode" that allows exercises to continue in the background. To guide you effectively while the screen is off or the app is minimized, the app uses audio cues and vibration patterns. No additional personal data is collected or transmitted while the app is running in the background.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Retention: Your data is stored on your device as long as the app is installed.
• Deletion: You have full control over your data. You can delete your training history at any time through the app's settings.
• Uninstalling: If you uninstall the app, all locally stored data, including your training history and settings, will be permanently deleted from your device. Since we do not store any data on our servers, we cannot recover or "see" any data once the app is removed.

Permissions

Knipapp requests the following permissions to function correctly:

• Notifications — to send daily training reminders.
• Vibration — for haptic feedback and guidance during exercises (including background mode).
• Wake lock — to keep the exercise session active and prevent the device from sleeping prematurely.

Third-Party Services

Knipapp does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Insamling och användning av data (Hälsodata)

Knipapp är utformad för att hjälpa dig att hålla koll på dina knipövningar.

• Typ av data: Appen hanterar minimal data relaterad till din träningshistorik, specifikt antal genomförda pass och tillhörande datum ("Hälsodata").
• Syfte: Denna data används uteslutande för att ge dig en lokal träningshistorik och visa dina framsteg direkt i appen.
• Ingen fjärråtkomst: Vi samlar inte in, lagrar eller delar din hälsodata på externa servrar. All data lagras lokalt på din enhet. Vi har ingen tillgång till din personliga information eller din träningshistorik.

Bakgrundsfunktionalitet (Pocket Mode)

Appen innehåller ett "Pocket Mode" som gör att träningspass kan fortsätta i bakgrunden. För att guida dig effektivt när skärmen är avstängd eller appen är minimerad använder appen ljudsignaler och vibrationsmönster. Ingen ytterligare personlig data samlas in eller överförs medan appen körs i bakgrunden.

Lagring och radering av data

• Lagring: Din data lagras på din enhet så länge appen är installerad.
• Radering: Du har full kontroll över din data. Du kan när som helst radera din träningshistorik i appens inställningar.
• Avinstallation: Om du avinstallerar appen raderas all lokalt lagrad data, inklusive träningshistorik och inställningar, permanent från din enhet. Eftersom vi inte lagrar någon data på våra servrar kan vi inte återställa eller "se" någon data när appen väl är borttagen.

Behörigheter

• Aviseringar — för att skicka dagliga påminnelser.
• Vibration — för haptisk feedback och guidning under övningarna (inklusive i bakgrundsläge).
• Wake lock — för att hålla träningspasset aktivt och förhindra att enheten går i viloläge i förtid.

Tredjepartstjänster

Knipapp använder inga tredjepartstjänster för analys, reklam eller spårning.
